BKS Security
Nationwide Surveillance & Remote Monitoring
Not every situation calls for a K9. That is why we built BKS Security — guards, patrol and surveillance for the work that needs consistent presence rather than a specialist nose. For camera coverage we partner with SiteStream, whose solar-powered mobile units watch ground that no guard schedule could cover continuously and no wired system could reach at all.
The Standard
Our BKS Security team is built primarily from people with military or first responder backgrounds, and we value talent, training and experience over the lowest bid. Cameras do not replace that — they extend it. The right program is almost always a combination: monitored coverage running continuously, and people on the ground at the hours and places where a human being is what actually changes the outcome.

SiteStream Mobile Surveillance
A SiteStream unit is a solar-powered trailer you tow into position and switch on. No power drop, no trenching, no contract with a utility. It matters most exactly where traditional cameras are hardest to justify — a construction site whose layout changes monthly, a back lot nobody wired, a remote asset with no infrastructure at all.
Talk-down audio
Automated voice warnings, or a live operator speaking directly to someone on your property. This is the difference between recording a crime and interrupting one.
Visible deterrence
A strobe signals the site is actively watched rather than passively recorded. Most of the value is collected before anyone commits to anything.
Zone-based detection
Motion zones drawn to your property rather than a blanket perimeter — intrusion and breach zones, property damage, and active fire sensing.
Solar and off-grid
Runs independent of site power, which also means it keeps running when site power goes down.
Moves with the work
Hitch and reposition in under twenty minutes as the build progresses or the problem relocates. Fixed cameras cannot follow a jobsite.
Evidence on demand
Recorded footage that settles injury claims, damage disputes and “that was already broken” arguments — often the line item that pays for the unit.

The Rest of What We Cover
Cameras answer some problems. People answer others. Most properties need both, and the split should follow the risk rather than the sales pitch.
Security Guards
Standing posts for lobbies, gates, events and access control, working to written post orders.
Parking Enforcement
Permit checks, violation documentation and lot management, often paired with camera coverage of the same lot.
K9 Patrol Units
Marked vehicles and handler teams working unpredictable patterns across large ground after hours.
K9 Detection
Explosives, firearms, narcotics, bed bug and mold detection teams for sweeps and threat response.
Additional Services
Other coverage we provide that does not fit neatly into the categories above.

Sites That Suit Mobile Surveillance
Construction
Materials, tools and machinery on a site with no permanent power, a moving footprint and temporary fencing.
Retail & Parking Lots
Storefronts and lots where organized theft and catalytic converter crime happen out past the reach of the building’s own cameras.
Logistics & Yards
Loading docks, trailer yards and asset staging, where activity is constant and the perimeter is long.
Utilities & Critical Infrastructure
Substations and remote assets that are valuable, unstaffed and often miles from anything.
Events
Temporary coverage for crowds, entry points and event parking, removed again when the event ends.
Public Sector
Parks, municipal facilities and city infrastructure, plus automated speed and school bus stop-arm enforcement for municipalities.
