The owner of our business brings a decade of combined experience from the US Army and local law enforcement, driven by a lifelong passion for working dogs that began in middle school with aspirations to become a police canine handler. Despite achieving this goal, he chose to step away from law enforcement due to a misalignment with current values and climate, seeking a new path that allows him to continue his dedication to working dogs in a different capacity.
Before and after his time in law enforcement, Byers gained valuable experience in security work, closely observing industry practices and noting areas for improvement. He was determined to foster a positive and passionate work environment, aiming to break the mold of typical security companies that often offer negative experiences. By prioritizing the success of his staff over profits, he committed to investing in talent and training, ensuring a supportive culture that values growth and professional development.
With over 25 years of combined experience, Byers leads a management team carefully selected for their diverse specialties and collaborative mindset. Each member, including Byers, holds instructor certifications that enable them to provide comprehensive in-house training, ensuring high standards of education and skill development within the company. This emphasis on expertise and teamwork is aimed at fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
